Well, I had to heavily modify the workout; not because of personal limitations but because I have nowhere for a pull-up/chin-up bar or to hang the bands from. So I just used weights instead.
And yeah, I'm pretty much starting right from the beginning, lol. My numbers were pretty bad, hahaha, but I got through. Ab Ripper though I only lasted a couple of minutes, but that's fine; as Tony says, you gotta just keep hitting play, right...? :)
